David Wesler, Commissioner David Wesler began his initial term as commissioner in 2003 with a second term commencing in 2007. He is a graduate of Richmond High School, ATI in Wooster, Ohio, and The Ohio State University in Columbus. He also has continuing education credits from the Auditor of State's Office. A lifelong resident of Preble County, David served as Jefferson Township Clerk for 10 years. He currently serves on numerous boards in the county, is actively involved with several service clubs, and is a member of Central United Methodist Church. Bill Withrow, Commissioner Commissioner Withrow commenced his term as Preble County Commissioner in January 2005. He is a graduate of Camden Shawnee High School in Camden, Ohio. In addition to his duties as commissioner, Commissioner Withrow is also the owner of Withrow Motors in Eaton. He once served as the OMDA Director from 2000-2002. His other activities and affiliations include the Lion’s Club, Preble County Historical Society and the Southwestern Ohio Antique Power Association. Jane Marshall, Commissioner Jane Marshall began her term as Commissioner in 2005. Jane is a graduate of Eaton High School and The Ohio State University with a BS in Engineering. Prior to becoming Commissioner, she served on a variety of boards including the Preble County Fair Board, the Mental Health and Recovery Board, and the Preble County Farm Bureau. She is also a member of the Preble County Republican Central and Executive Committees. Jane and her husband, Thomas, reside in Lanier Township and are the parents of five children. The Preble County Commissioners meet every Monday and Wednesday (except for Holidays) at 9 a.m. in the Commission Chambers. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
